SerenoCem was designed specifically for middle ear surgery.

Applications include:

Repair of ossicular discontinuity
Reconstruction of the canal wall
Repair of attic and scutum defects
Primary and revision of Stapedectomy
Fixation of cochlear implant electrodes

Advantages of SerenoCem:

Non-exothermic
Bonds to both metal and bone
Minimal shrinkage
Mouldable on placement
Can be drilled like bone when set
Excellent and predictable acoustic results

IMPORTANT: not to be used in acoustic neuroma or skull based surgery.
